Shyam Home is the one of the best budgeted hotel in the Gir. It has all basic amenities. It is at the walking distance from Sinh Sadan (Safari boarding point).
Nice hotel .. Staff attitude was excellent and cooperative with client. Just one thing need to add and that was Food availability in Hotel Shyam Home.. We have to go around 700M to eat food or snacks.

have visited the Gir national park on the date of 25-Jan-2020.with, my family. So I was stay at this Hotel. It was a nice place & a good atmosphere. Also, Supportive staff is at any time has ready to help. when we have a call to reception they immediately help this. And quick service of staff.
Also when are you stay in Sasan Gir. so this is the best place to stay with family or single person

Excellent rooms with good room service. Found the rooms same as in photographs.
Though little difficult to locate the hotel but didn't face any problem due to Google maps.
Well maintained bathroom and clean rooms.
Pleasant stay and would like to say that it is value for money. Overall an excellent experience.

Policy for Safety and Hygiene during COVID-19:
- Only asymptomatic staff and guests shall be allowed within the hotel premises. Symptomatic person will be politely redirected to the closest medical facility.
- Physical distancing of at least 6 feet to be followed as far as feasible.
- Persons above 65 years of age, persons with comorbidities, pregnant women, and children below the age of 10 years are advised to take extra precautions during the hotel stay.
- Use of face covers/masks is made mandatory for all staff and guests entering the hotel. Face covers/masks to be worn at all times while inside the hotel.
- Guests to provide complete details such as travel history, medical conditions etc., along with ID and self-declaration form at the reception.
- Common places like swimming pool and gym to be made inaccessible as per government guidelines.
- Spitting is strictly prohibited.
- Guests are advised not to visit areas falling within containment zones.
- Guests are requested to self-monitor your health, and report any symptoms at the earliest to the reception and state and district helpline.
Reservation Policy:
- Check-In time is 01:00 noon and Check-Out Time is 11:00 AM
- If our Check-In/Out timing does not suit your holiday program, kindly inform us about the same. Necessary room allotments can be arranged on prior information, subject to availability, and may be chargeable by us directly.
- Cancellation or Alteration in bookings is entertained. But prior information is required at least a week before your Check-In date. Kindly also refer our Booking Cancellation and Amendment Policy.
- Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check-In Procedure. PAN Card is not accepted as ID proof.
- The Credit/Debit Card Holder should be one the travelers, if you have booked with us using any one of the later.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
- We may charge compulsory gala dinner supplement on Christmas / New Year’s event or other festive periods. The needs to be cleared separately.
Booking Cancellation & Amendment Policy:
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before check in date will be free.
- Cancellations made more than 2 days in advance but less than 7 days will incur a cancellation charge of 1 nights tariff.
- No shows and cancellations made 0 to 2 days in advance will incur 100% charge of the booking.
- In case of a full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of approximately 5 - 7% as payment processing charges.
- Amendments will be treated as cancellation.
- Any refund will take at least 15 days to process.
